• You will not use Geeks Solution website or Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.
• If remote access is used on your computer there will be no residual software from the remote session; you have the ability to disconnect the remote access anytime during the remote access session.
• Geeks Solution is not responsible for contents of any linked site; linked sites are not under the control of Geeks Solution. Appearing of any link does not necessarily imply that Geeks Solution is endorsing the same.

• Any kind of refund will in any case cannot exceed the amount paid by you and Geeks Solution is not responsible for any compensation exceeding the amount paid by you.
• If you wish to file a dispute/ chargeback with your banker on non agreement terms we do suggest you to email us on contact@geekssolution.org. In case you have not contacted us prior to filing a dispute/ chargeback we suggest you to please do contact us on our toll free number which is mentioned on our website.
• Geeks Solution might ask you for your Credit card details in order to provide and activate the services you asked for. You hereby authorize Geeks Solution to charge on your Credit card for any unpaid charge for the services, equipment or software
• Geeks Solution holds the rights to terminate the services if it is found that you are using the services for any computer other than the registered computer/ you are doing any kind of fraudulent activities/ any unauthorized person is using the services.
• If you provide any material to Geeks Solution like photographs, feedback, suggestions or if you post/upload any content, Geeks Solution will not claim the ownership of such material.
• If you are posting any content you are stating that you reserve the copyright for the same. You know that general public will have access to the same
• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Geeks Solution, and its officers, directors, partners, agents, third party, subsidiaries from all damage and expense (including legal fees) incurred by Geeks Solution on account of any claim or lawsuit arising out of or related to your use of this site or material posted on this site under your Log-in details, whether or not authorized by you.
• Geeks Solution Site terms will be interpreted and governed by the existing federal laws. In the event of any dispute or difference in connection with your use of the Site, we shall try to resolve the dispute.
